Bookkeeping & Operations Manager
Rachel brings hands-on bookkeeping experience together with the perspective of having run her own small business, giving her a practical understanding of both the numbers and the day-to-day realities behind them.
Rachel oversees the day-to-day management of bookkeeping and helps ensure client work is accurate, organized, and completed efficiently. She also plays an important role in supporting internal organization, workflows, and the continued growth of the team.
Brad Nguyen
Client Financial Controller
With more than 19 years of experience in accounting leadership, Brad has managed full-cycle accounting, led month-end close and audit processes, and delivered reliable financial reporting across a range of industries.
Brad brings a strong foundation in financial operations and reporting to the team, helping clients turn accurate financial information into useful insight. At The Goode Path, he provides controller-level support that helps businesses strengthen their financial processes and gain a clearer understanding of their performance.
Jean SongWinds
Bookkeeper
Jean SongWinds holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting and brings experience from both public and private-sector accounting roles.
Jean supports clients through accurate financial recordkeeping and day-to-day bookkeeping. Her accounting background and attention to detail ensure client books are organized, reliable, and ready to support better financial decisions.
Sophia Nie
Bookkeeper
Sophia supports bookkeeping, financial recordkeeping, and client service. She brings a strong willingness to learn and a detail-oriented approach while continuing to build her practical experience in accounting and finance.
Sophia is pursuing an Accounting degree, expected to graduate in May 2027. As a student-athlete, she balances her academic and athletic commitments while gaining hands-on experience in the accounting profession.
